Workouts
MAGIC® Workouts is an audio tool that helps you understand the behaviors that shape an exceptional customer experience. It makes it easy for you to practice your skills, and improve the quality and consistency of your service interactions.
Workouts are a cost-effective way to reinforce best practices shared in Communico's MAGIC® of Customer Relations program. They are available to service associates trained in MAGIC.
MAGIC® Workouts are only available to participants in the MAGIC® of Customer Relations program.
