The Opportunity:

MAGIC® Quick Hits - We are looking for well-connected Sales Partners to introduce our newest digital product: MAGIC® Quick Hits. These are client brand-customized, 10-module digital video-learning series (10 minutes each) designed for teams that need high-impact training in a bite-sized format.

Your Role:

The Door Opener - As an Independent Contractor, your goal is simple: Facilitate the introduction. You identify the decision-makers (HR, CXO, Operations) and schedule a potential sales meeting between the prospect and the Communico executive team. Once the introduction is made, we take over the presentation, scoping, and closing.

Uncapped Earning Potential:

10% Sales Commission: Earn 10% on every Quick Hit series sold.

Full Portfolio Payout:

If your introduction leads to the sale of any other Communico product or program (one or two day MAGIC® training), you still earn a 10% commission on the total sale.

Payment:

Commissions are paid promptly upon customer payment.

We provide the professional "big company" feel so you can focus on outreach:

  • Personalized Landing Page: Your own branded sales page to drive prospects to.

  • Company Identity: A Communico-branded email address.

  • Sales Tools: Access to our automated consultation booking system and high-quality sample videos/collateral.

  • Total Autonomy: No territory restrictions. You manage your own leads, schedule, and outreach strategy.

Ideal Candidate:

This is a "Relationship First" role. It is ideal for independent consultants, retired executives, or B2B sales professionals with an existing network in HR, Learning & Development, or Customer Experience.
